An alternative newspaper loosely affiliated with UWSP. Originally produced in a Nelsonville farmhouse, the publication moved to Stevens Point as its publishers attended UWSP. A counterculture publication, Whipping Post features themes of art, music, freedom, peace, adventure, and casual entertainment. The majority of articles published were sent in by readers, many included UWSP students.
